I attended the Saturday night performance of An Opera Night with Riccardo Muti on March 21st, 2026. Maestro Muti is considered to be a preeminent interpreter of Verdi’s work as well as some other composers featured on the program. I also attended a pre-concert conversation featuring LaRob K. Rafael. The incredible versatility of the Chicago Symphony Chorus was also on full display that evening.
