I attended a performance of La traviata at the Metropolitan Opera on May 23, 2026. It was an exceptional production, featuring Rosa Feola as Violetta and Mongolian baritone Amartuvshin Enkhbat as Giorgio Germont. Verdi’s score is a perfect fit for bel canto singing, which I thoroughly enjoyed.
